Spider-Man is the creation of Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee, his artistic partner Jack Kirby, and artist Steve Ditko. Spider-Man first appeared in 1962 in the Marvel comic Amazing Fantasy #15; his own series, The Amazing Spider-Man, began the next year. According to the story line, Spider-Man is the alter ego of student Peter Parker; an accidental bite from a radioactive spider gave Parker the arachnid's relative strength and agility plus a tingling "spider sense" for danger. After his Uncle Ben is killed by a burglar, Parker determines to use his new powers to fight crime, dressed in a mask and form-fitting costume and equipped with spider-like web slingers. Ongoing characters in the Spider-Man universe include his love interest Mary Jane Watson, kindly worrywart Aunt May, hothead Daily Bugle publisher Jonah Jameson and exotic villains Doctor Octopus and the Green Goblin. Spider-Man became a daily comic strip in 1977, and has been featured in a variety of animated TV series. The 2002 movie Spider-Man featured Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man and Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane. Both Maguire and Dunst reprised their roles in the sequels Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007).

In some of the ongoing versions of the storyline, Spider-Man has married Mary Jane and they are separated or Mary Jane is presumed dead... In some versions the spider which bit Peter Parker is genetically altered rather than radioactive... The character Spider-Girl is a futuristic spinoff of the Spider-Man story, with Peter Parker's teenage daughter taking on his crimefighting ways...

Known to Earth as The Predator, he is one of a close clique of alien hunters who scour the galaxies seeking the ultimate surge of excitement as well as the prize of the most glorious catch. The Predators land on varied habitable planets and are drawn by intense heat as well as conflict between native races. They possess advanced survival and destruction technology, notably light-bending camouflage as well as wrist-mounted explosives capable of obliterating entire cities. The Predators are, naturally, carnivorous creatures but also have a code of honor.

Such creatures appeared on Earth, and spent hundreds of Earth years engaged in the hunt, periodically acquiring firearms that would be considered ancient at the end of the century. Two Predators became known late in the 20th century. One landed in the jungles of Central America in the late 1980s, where it stalked and killed a team of human commando soldiers. One soldier, however, figured out a method of camouflage and succeeded in badly injuring the creature. The soldier, known on Earth as Major Dutch Schaefer, escaped when the Predator activated his wrist explosive rather than surrender.

Schaefer's account led to the creation of a government group, headed by Peter Keyes, tasked with finding more such alien beings. Another appeared in Los Angeles in the late 1990s during a brutal heat wave and a massive surge in gang violence. This Predator killed some two dozen people and was stalked by both Peter Keyes and by a local policeman, Michael Harrigan. The Predator was killed by Harrigan on board its ship, hidden beneath the city's streets, but Harrigan was surrounded by other members of the creature's tribe. Rather than finish off Harrigan, the beings took their fallen breathren, gave an 18th-century firearm to Harrigan as a token of respect, and launched into space.

They would, however, eventually return to Earth, and they continue the hunt.

The Predators returned once again to Earth October 10, 2004 when a group of humans assembled by the Weyland Corporation founder Charles Bishop Weyland discovered a pyramid 2000 feet beneath the ice of Antarctica built by the first civilization who were taught how to build by the Predators thousands of years ago. In the pyramid the humans were caught in the crossfire of three Predators' ultimate hunt................................the Aliens, from Ridley Scott's and James Cammoron's famous Sci-Fi films Alien and Aliens. The humans were led down the pyramid as a trap to use them to breed the Aliens. Every one-hundred years three Predators would return to the pyramid to obtain their Predator guns for the first time, afterwords the pyramid would change, and they would hunt the Aliens and whoever returned alive would be considered men. The most skilled Alien Hunters were marked on their forehead by using the Aliens' acid blood of their Alien prey, like in acient times warriors would mark themsevles with the blood of their kill. Their last hunt was on the same date in 1904. The three new Predators were named Scar (for the scar mark on his forehead), Chopper/Gill (either name will do), and Celtic who was the leader of the two. The Predators were young hunters apparently teenagers, the three were sent to the pyramid for a coming of age manhood ritual, but on October 10, 2004 Scar, Chopper/Gill, and Celtic's ritual went wrong. The humans had discovered the Predators' guns before they did causing the pyramid to change and the Predators to hunt the humans to aquire their guns. Celtic and Gill/Chopper attacked four members of the team to get their gun, sadly during the attack Gill/Chopper was impaled and killed by an Alien. Celtic tried to slay the Alien and avenge his brother but the Alien now known as Grid (because of the grid scars on his head caused by Celtic's net) unfortunatly killed Celtic by stabbing its mouth toung through his head. Only Scar remained alive to carry the mark. Scar met up with the only survivor of the team of human Alexa "Lex" Woods and she gave him back one of the guns and they teamed up to escape. Scar and Lex sucessfuly destroyed the pyramid by using the Scar's self-detruct computer to wipe out the Aliens. On the surface Scar marked her in the cheek using the Aliens acid to award her an honoury hunter. But the Queen Alien escaped and followed them to the surface where the two hunters fought the massive Alien. During the fight the Queen impaled Scar in the stomach and before the Queen could finish him off Lex dropped the Queen into a dark, icy, watery grave. Scar died right in front of Lex where she met Scar's clan, since Lex slayed the Queen and she carried a mark the Predator Elder awarded her with a Predator spear. After giving Lex her award and recovering the young Predator's body they left Earth and laid their brother on a slab as they left the planet.

The Terminator, specifically the T-800 Series Model 101 is a cybernetic organism sent back in time from a post-apocalyptic future in an effort to carry out its mission of either protection or assassination. It is living tissue such as skin, hair, eyes, and fingernails growing over a seemingly indestructible metal that acts as a skeleton and CPU. In times of extreme combat the metal skeleton can be seen where patches of skin have been destroyed.

The T-800 has been sent back from a future where machines became artificially intelligent. A program of A.I was developed by Cyberdine systems, and was incorporated into a United States military program known as Skynet. However, Skynet had been gaining more and more control and ultimately had access to every computer on the planet. When the US fully activated Skynet, at that point it had complete control, and acted systematically to eliminate the only threat to it: humans. For protection, it launched nuclear weapons humans had built and killed approximately 3 billion people in the initial attack. The attack started a new war between man and machine and subsequently the T-800 was developed years later. By appearing human it proved advantageous on the battlefield for infiltration and assassination. However the humans had united under a leader John Connor, and proved they were not going to give up at all. The machines in an effort to stop this problem sent back a T-800 back in time to kill John Connor's mother, Sarah. The humans also sent back a soldier to protect Sarah, Kyle Reese. Reese fell in love with Sarah while on his mission, and consequently became John's father. Reese died trying to destroy the T-800 using homemade dynamite however, but Sarah survived the T-800, crushing it using factory equipment.

The machines sent back a new model, a T-1000 when John was ten, and the humans again sent back a T-800 series Model 101 that Connor captured and re-programmed to protect John. John and T-800 fled the T-1000, and saved his mother who had been sent to a mental facility. While on the run Connor essentially programmed the T-800 to act human, teaching him human expressions, and trying to impose human thought on it. The T-800 despite being a less superior model completed its mission destroying the T-1000, and consequently self terminated to eliminate any trace of the future. This was heartbreaking for John who had grown very emotionally attached to the model.

When John was a young adult in our time line, he fell off the grid. The machines in the future sent back a newer far superior model to kill some of his lieutenants in the resistance because John could not be located. They sent a T-X, programmed for cybernetic combat. "An anti-terminator terminator" The humans sent back a T-800 based on John's previous experience. The T-800 at that point was an obsolete model, and nearly failed his mission when the T-X tried to program it to kill John. The T-800 nearly killed John, but was experiencing conflicting mission objectives. John appealed to it however, telling it that it was about to fail its mission. As such the T-800 powered down and restarted. In a final stand it held off the T-X long enough for John to escape to safety in a fallout shelter. The T-800 told John "We will meet again" before he terminated the T-X. The final attack on John happened immediately before Judgment Day, the nickname for the day when the bombs fell.

james bond movie all part download with hd quality

http://trcs.wikispaces.com/file/view/James-Bond.jpg/41141999/James-Bond.jpg

James Bond himself remained a somewhat mysterious figure throughout most of Ian Fleming's novels . The reader was privy to his thoughts and feelings but little of his past. However, this changed in "You Only Live Twice". When Bond is believed to have been killed on a mission in Japan M writes an obituary for Bond which appears in the London Times. For the first time this reveals Bond's early life. Bond's parents are named as Andrew Bond, a Scotsman, and Monique Delacroix from Canton de Vaud in Switzerland (these nationalities had previously been established in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service"). Bond's Scottish heritage was partly a result of Fleming being impressed with Sean Connery's screen portrayal of his character, whereas Bond's mother was named for a Swiss girl to whom Fleming was once engaged. In his fictional biography of Bond, John Pearson gave his birthdate as 11 November (Armistice Day) 1920, although there is no evidence for this in Fleming's novels.

Bond's father worked for Vickers, an armaments firm, and Bond's early life was spend abroad. When he was 11 years of age, both of Bond's parents were killed in a climbing accident and he subsequently lived with his aunt, Miss Charmian Bond in a hamlet called Pett Bottom near Canterbury in Kent. At the age of about 12, Bond entered the English public school of Eton but his career there was brief and he was transferred to Fettes after some trouble with a maid. At the age of 17 Bond left school and briefly attended the University of Geneva.

The chronology of Bond's involvement with the Secret Service then becomes confused. According to the "You Only Live Twice" obituary, he entered the Ministry of Defence in 1941 and was accorded the rank of lieutenant in the Special Branch of the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve (RNVR). He was soon promoted to Commander and then joined the Secret Service at the end of the war. However, "From Russia With Love" states that he joined the Secret Service in 1938, confirming the implication from "Casino Royale" that he was working for MI6 during the war.

Whatever the dates, we do learn some other interesting facts. His early missions for the Secret Service often involved him acting as a courier through Europe and into Russia ("Diamonds Are Forever"). According to "Casino Royale", he gained his Double 0 number after assassinating a Japanese cypher expert in New York and a Norwegian double agent in Stockholm.

Other miscellaneous Bond facts from the novels - he lost his virginity on his first visit to Paris when he was 16 ("From A View To A Kill") and he was awarded the CMG in 1953 ("From Russia With Love").

In contrast to all of this information, we still know little about the Bond of the movies, other than his obvious love of women, fast cars and Vodka Martinis, although the death of his parents in a climbing accident was finally confirmed in GoldenEye. We know that Bond is a serving naval officer, and prior to his attachment to MI6 he served on board the aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal (see another article for more details on the links between Bond and the Royal Navy). However, it seems that the movie Bond attended Cambridge University where he gained a first in Oriental languages, as mentioned in You Only Live Twice. Clearly, this contradicts the novels, although Raymond Benson's novelisation states that Bond was lying here in order to impress Moneypenny. Unfortunately, Bond's connections with Cambridge had been confirmed by The Spy Who Loved Me where he meets with Sheikh Hosein whom he had known there.

Bond's home has appeared twice in the films. We see his flat in Dr No, but he has moved to another (on the ground floor) by the time of Live And Let Die. Documentation prepared for Tomorrow Never Dies, but not seen clearly on screen, reveals that Bond's address at that time was 61 Horsen Ferry Road, London S1.

The movies have shown Bond to be something of a linguist - apart from the aforementioned information on oriental languages, we know that he can speak Italian (Moonraker and For Your Eyes Only), Spanish (For Your Eyes Only ), German (Octopussy and Tomorrow Never Dies), Greek (For Your Eyes Only), Russian (The World Is Not Enough) and some Afghan, but he doesn't know Czech (both The Living Daylights).

pirates of the caribbean all part movie download

http://www.now-movies.com/movieimg/movie1260823601.jpg

Johnny Depp's idea to play the rapscallion pirate Captain Jack Sparrow as an effeminate, inebriated Keith Richards might in theory seem a ludicrous one, but thank god for it. For without his uproariously hammy performance Pirates Of The Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl would be as appealing as walking the plank. As it is, Pirates is an enjoyable if lengthy romp. More than two hours of swashing and buckling is enough for anyone, and Pirates would have benefited greatly had its editor cut with the same abandon as all those brandishing swords.

In a reversal of the practice of transforming films into theme rides, Pirates is based on the popular Disneyland attraction. Unlike some of the more heart racing rides, though, both the original Pirates and the film it inspired provide a more whimsical, leisurely journey.

Leading the way is Depp as the lovable rogue Sparrow. With his smeared mascara, two pronged goatee and flamboyant outfit, Sparrow resembles a reveler the morning after an all night fancy dress party. Clearly relishing the chance to redefine the expression 'over the top', Depp steals every scene with an impressive display of mugging rarely seen since the silent movie era. Only Geoffrey Rush as Captain Barbossa , leader of the mutinous revolt ousting Sparrow from the helm of the pirate ship the Black Pearl, provides Depp with any overacting competition. In less capable hands such tactics might have rendered Pirates ridiculous, but with their conviction and talent the pair keep things entertaining.

Titanic movie download by hd quality

http://www.starcentralmagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/titanic_ver2.jpg

http://www.brightlightsfilm.com/37/37_images/Titanic1.jpg

Norway stunned the rock world when it produced one of the hottest new bands of the early Seventies. After all, it was a time of huge competition on the already overcrowded scene. Most of the heavyweight groups of the era hailed from America and the UK.’ Led Zeppelin’, ‘Santana’, ‘Sly & The family Stone’, ’Yes’, ‘Deep-Purple’, the list was endless. Despite this overwhelming dominance, such was the desperate hunger for “live” music to satisfy local demand that many more countries began to nurture their own local artists. As musicianship improved, it wasn’t long before there were excellent young rock groups playing throughout Europe.

One of the best was ‘Titanic’ from the Norwegian capital Oslo. They enjoyed an encouraging response when they first sailed over the horizon in 1971. Yet they’d had to fight hard to establish a reputation. This wasn’t necessarily due to their coming from a small country. Admittedly, Norway so far failed to make much of an impression on the pop scene. But rock’n’roll fans were not bothered about national boundaries. If you were good, you were accepted, and it didn’t matter where you came from. The problem was the age-old one of getting the right amount of exposure and promotion. ‘Titanic’ had to gain recognition beyond their own borders if they were to become an economic success. They needed to convince the rest of the world that they could compete, both in terms of their music and their image. Fortunately, they had some lucky breaks to help them on their way.

The five-piece was originally formed in 1969, and included Kjell Asperud (percussion, vocals). Janne Loseth (guitar, vocals), John Lorck (drums) and Kenny Aas (organ and bass guitar). They rehearsed hard, wrote some good tunes, and so ‘Titanic’ eventually became one of the first Norwegian bands to enjoy hit records in both England and Germany. They also recruited English lead singer, Roy Robinson, who helped give their music an international appeal. Roy wrote most of the lyrics which he sang in English, on a succession of fine albums and singles.

Critics and fans alike were impressed by such songs as ‘Underbird’, ‘Confusion’ and the dynamic group composition, ‘Sultana’. ‘Titanic’ were thrilled when ‘Sultana’, played in the style of Santana, was a hit in England.

It shot to Number 5 in the UK singles chart in September 1971. It was also a hit back home in Norway, where their album, ‘Sea Wolf’, got to Number 7 in the national charts.

‘Titanic’ now embarked on a busy schedule of gigs. Their big breakthrough came when they played at the Cannes Film Festival in France. They were invited to play before the gala screening of the 1969 “Woodstock” movie. The group also played at the Aix-en-Provence festival. Such was the wildly enthusiastic response at both these gigs that the band decided to settle down in the South of France. At the same time, ‘Titanic’s reputation spread to Germany, where they enjoyed a hit with ‘Santa Fe’ which got to Number 36 in the charts. The good news about ‘Titanic’ also spread across the oceans.

Fortunately, there were no icebergs on the way to halt their progress westwards.

It was a tribute to the band’s musical credibility that they were signed to Columbia, then one of America’s most prestigious record companies. It was at the time when the label was at the forefront of contemporary musical development, and they had an amazing roster of artists. Titanic were duly included on one of Columbia’s big-selling “sampler” albums, which celebrated both the label’s success and the power of rock music. This was a 3-LP set called, “The Music People”, featuring 40 great artists like ‘Santana’, ‘Barry Mann’, ‘Bob Dylan’, ‘Johnny Winter’, ‘The Byrds and Blood, Sweat & Tears’. There were also several tracks by lesser-know bands to give the new “signings” a boost. ‘Titanic’s contribution, ‘Underbird’, from their ‘Sea Wolf’ album was given pride of place. It brought the sound of the band to a much wider audience. The track highlighted all of the group’s best features and showed they were strong on percussion and had a powerful guitar and organ frontline.

Having made a great impression with the ‘Sea Wolf’ material, the band went on to record at least two more albums for CBS, including 1975’s ‘Ballad Of A Rock’n’Roll Loser’. This had more fine songs co-written by Roy Robinson.

Even though the group did not score any more hit singles, they continued working steadily throughout the Seventies. In their later years, they toured extensively throughout Africa, where their funky polyrhythmic sound and punchy stage act was much appreciated.

As well as enjoying hits and winning over both fans and critics alike, the band’s great achievement was showing how rock could break down national barriers and become true “ world music”. In the final analysis, ‘Titanic’ were rock’n’roll winners !

Chris Welch, London, England 2000

Taken from the CD reissue of ‘Ballad Of A Rock’n’Roll Loser’, Repertoire Records, REP 4882

In 1984 ‘Titanic’ performed two farewell concerts in Chile for the festival ‘Vina del Mar’, near Santiago. In front of 80’000 people, and with an estimated television audience of 400’000’000, it was a fantastic climax to the end of an era.

http://img2.timeinc.net/ew/dynamic/imgs/080929/Nude-Scenes/Titanic-Kate-Winslet_l.jpg

Roy Robinson and Janne Loseth being the creative force behind the band, felt they had a lot more to do, Roy making records in the U:S:A. including a very good version of ‘Eleanor Rigby’ and Jan going on a Russian Tour, playing with the band ‘SPACE’ appearing at The Moscow Olympic Stadium and Red Square. He found it ‘quite interesting’ playing rock’n’roll behind ‘The Wall’.

They both moved down to the south of France, which turned out to be a good idea. Many experienced musicians there, found it impossible to stop playing, enjoyed the sunshine, hanging out, and jamming together. That’s how Janne met English bass player Mick Walker and English-Australian sax player Phil Wilton.

They formed a rock blues band and performed in various places around Europe which brought them eventually to Geneva, where they met Swiss drummer Didier Blum.

They opted to modify their line up and called Roy with the idea of re-forming ‘TITANIC’.
